Berry Brown House

This two-story Victorian Style house built in 1892 is among the oldest remaining structures in Wichita Falls. It is believed to have been ordered from the Montgomery Ward catalog.

Named for a 1940s City Alderman and previous owner, the house sits on a corner lot lined with original wrought iron fencing. Having remained vacant for decades, the house is threatened by neglect and vandalism.
